Location: 3.5 km from the beach, 2km from the shops and many quaint restaurants.

Property Overview:
This property features a spacious main house and a cozy cottage, perfect for school holidays for family and friends. The main house is only available from 11 December until the end of January 2026, with a minimum of 12 nights, where as the cottage is available right through the year, to accommodate travellers, business guests, and weekend break-aways. Both the house and cottage are fully fenced, which makes this ideal for bringing your furry family along. This retreat is both children and animal friendly. Relax beside the pool with majestic views of the ocean and mountains in these tranquil surroundings. The indoor braai makes it possible to braai, even when the weather is not favorable for the outdoors.

Main House & Cottage
In the main house you will find the airconditioned, main bedroom that consist of an en-suite bathroom and a king-sized bed, whirls, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, also with air conditioning. Two double mattresses can be placed in the main house for additional sleeping space. In the cottage there is a double bed in the one bedroom, and two single beds in the other room. The main house boasts of a luxurious full bathroom which is the en-suite for the main bedroom, and a guest bathroom with a toilet and basin. The cottage also has a lovely large, full bathroom. In the main house you will find a very well equipped kitchen, with a well equipped kitchenette in the cottage. There are two large fridges, with each their own big freezer compartment.

• Additional sleeping: 2 blow-up mattresses and 1 double blow-up mattress, suitable for 2 children up to 12 years or 1 adult

• 1 en-suite bathroom, plus 1.5 additional bathrooms

• Fully equipped kitchen for 12 guests: 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, airfryer
• Washing machine & tumble dryer

Housekeeping: once a week - basic cleaning/change of linen and bath towels. If the guests should require more days for cleaning, it will be for the guests account. There will be a gardener to clean the pool from time to time (weather depending) Please bring your own swimming towels
