Freehold, free standing, situated in a secure complex with remote access and electric fence on perimeter walls.

3 bedrooms - 2 with double beds each, and one with 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. Another bathroom for the other 2 rooms to share.

There is a leather lounge suite, 8 seater dining room table, fully equipped kitchen with ceasor stone counters, gas SMEG oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and loads of small appliances. Outdoor furniture etc.

Flat screen smart TV, no wifi - there is a router that can be loaded with Vodacom data. Guest can bring their own sim card. Once loaded, there is Netflix and YouTube. There is a satellite dish, and it is wired for DStv. They can either bring their own decoder card, or the DStv can be switched on while they are here at a additional cost for the guests account. There is a large braai spot out back with grids, table, and chairs, etc. There is a compact charcoal Weber braai that can be used in the front. Air fryer, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, 4 slice toaster, and more. There are also stainless-steel braai grids, etc.

Attractions

Guests can hear the ocean, no views, though. The ocean is 500m within walking distance from the house, where you will find a bench to sit on and enjoy sundowners or early coffee with sunrise. The beach and lagoon are only 750m from the house Stunning mountain view.
