Your Stay

House Caprice comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers four spacious, fully furnished bedrooms. The accommodation includes two double beds and four three-quarter beds, making it a practical choice for families or groups travelling together.

There are two full bathrooms as well as an en-suite bathroom, while crisp white bed linen, blankets and bath towels are provided. Guests staying for longer periods can also enjoy fresh linen during their stay. Beach towels are not provided, so remember to bring your own for those sunny days by the sea.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy them together. Facilities include a fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, under-counter oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

The TV room and lounge provide a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring, and the accommodation also includes two double bunks, providing additional sleeping space.

Outside, you’ll find a lovely patio area with a braai, perfect for one of those relaxed South African evenings spent around the fire with family and friends. There is also a safe play area for children and toddlers, making the home particularly convenient for families.

For added peace of mind, the property has a double garage, a fully remote-controlled gate and an alarm system with 24-hour road patrols.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and guests can enjoy DStv, Netflix and additional movie channels when it’s time to put your feet up.

For those who enjoy outdoor adventures, the Steenbras River Gorge offers a scenic hiking experience through fynbos vegetation. The trail winds through the gorge and includes some steeper sections, with the reward being beautiful natural surroundings, a waterfall and the famous Crystal Pool.

Gordon’s Bay is also ideally situated for exploring the Cape Winelands, with Stellenbosch and its surrounding wine estates within easy reach. Enjoy a day of wine tasting, beautiful scenery and wonderful restaurants before returning to your coastal retreat.
