If you need to relax, recharge or just get away from it all, WA Lodge is the place to go.

Our lodge is located in a peaceful setting approximately 2 hours north of Pretoria, just outside the quaint little town of Vaalwater.

The lodge has been built to blend in with the surroundings. The rock and thatch construction is beautifully done with local material being used throughout. There are 8 en-suite rooms that sleeps 22, to make you feel at home. Linen, towels, soap and shampoo is provided. Come and appreciate nature and it’s wonderful sights and sounds.

Here guests can marvel at the brilliant stars in the African sky while enjoying a great fire. Relax by the swimming pool, go walking or fishing in the dam that is a short 500 meter walk away. There is a free pool table and darts to keep you entertained. Free Wi-Fi is available over most of the lodge. Firewood and ice is also part of the deal. Please bring a ball cap to sign and leave in our bar.

Game meat, Deli meats, Preserves and Pickles are available to purchase.

Sleeps 4 Self-catering
This room has 1 x Super King bed as well as 1 x three quarter bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a full gas oven and stove.

Sleeps 3 Self-catering - Deluxe room

This room has a Super King bed as well as a 3/4 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Room 2 to Room 9 share a communal kitchen.

Sleeps 2 Self-catering - King room
This room has a King bed and a bathroom. Room 2 to Room 9 share a communal kitchen.

Sleeps 4 Self-catering - Family room
This room has a Super King bed as well as 2 x 3/4 beds (can be converted to a King) and a bathroom. Room 2 to Room 9 share a communal kitchen.
